Teal Cottage (3 bedrooms. Sleeps 5. 4 Stars commended)

Teal Cottage has a comfortably furnished lounge with open fire, colour TV/Video and CD/Radio. The kitchen/dinning room is fully equipped with all modern amenities including electric cooker, washer/drier, microwave and fridge.

The downstairs bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Towels are provided.
The stairs lead off the lounge to the first floor. Upstairs consists of 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The single room is accessed from the twin.

All beds have duvets and the linen is provided. There is night store heating downstairs and electric radiators upstairs. No Pets Allowed.

Wagtail Cottage (3 bedrooms. Sleeps 5/6. 4 Stars)

Wagtail cottage is next door to Teal and has a similar layout apart from a separate entrance hall. The comfortably furnished lounge has an open fire, TV/DVD/Freeview and CD/Radio. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a large downstairs bathroom with WC, bath and separate electric shower. The upstairs landing leads to the double, single and twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower room with power shower.

Both cottages have small-enclosed front gardens with access out the back to the coal/log houses. There is a separate car park with adjoining play area and clothes drier. No Pets Allowed.
